HSBC Identify app for iPhone and iPad

HSBC Identify is a tool used to quickly and conveniently submit the required documents, using your mobile device. To use this service you must have been asked to do so by either a HSBC staff member or have been instructed as part of an online application. Please do not use this app unless you have been instructed to do so by HSBC.

During this journey you will use your mobile device to take a photo of your documentation and a photo of your face. We will then verify the information that you have submitted and respond to you within two business days.

You will require an acceptable identification document and an acceptable address verification document.
